Evelyne Paradis is the Executive Director of ILGA-Europe. She is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction and management of the organisation.

Executive Director
Evelyne Paradis is the Executive Director of ILGA-Europe. She is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction and management of the organisation.
Finance Director
Chaber serves as the Finance Director for ILGA-Europe. Their primary responsibilities include managing ILGA-Europe's financial resources, implementing and controlling all financial-related activities of the strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting.
Advocacy Director
Katrin is in charge of the overall coordination of the policy and advocacy work of ILGA-Europe. Katrin's task include managing the policy team and as well as leading the advocacy work of ILGA-Europe towards the EU institutions, EU Presidencies, the Council of Europe and the OSCE.
Communication Director
Brian is responsible for the overall leadership of ILGA-Europe’s communications service area. This includes communications strategy and development, and management of ILGA-Europe’s communications channels such as media relations, publications, and digital and social media.
Partnerships Manager
Anna manages ILGA-Europe's corporate partnerships and collaborations, leads on private sector engagement, and develops the organisation's non-institutional fundraising. She also coordinates the annual European Equality Gala, the biggest fundraiser for the European LGBTI movement.
Head of Litigation
Arpi is responsible for ILGA-Europe’s litigation activities. She works with ILGA-Europe members and partners to develop and implement strategies for using litigation to protect human rights of LGBTI people across Europe. Her tasks include conducting international and comparative law research, drafting case submissions and third party interventions to the European Court of Human Rights. Senior Event & Finance Officer
Beryl is responsible for designing and implementing meetings and larger events for ILGA-Europe. She also supports HR management, governance and financial compliance processes in the organisation.
Senior Communication Officer
Mehmet is responsible for ILGA-Europe’s communications for various channels, such as social media, websites, newsletter, and publications. He is also the coordinator of the Rainbow Europe project and editor for the monthly newsletter, Rainbow Digest.
Senior Programmes Officer
Nadzeya (they/them) is a Senior Programmes Officer. They are responsible for assessing the needs of the movement and developing ways to strengthen the LGBTI movement accordingly, through capacity enhancing activities and regranting. Thematically, they currently focus on counteracting rising anti-LGBTI forces, addressing LGBTI homelessness and developing and implementing approaches and practices around intersectionality.
Senior Advocacy Officer
Akram Kubanychbekov is a Senior Advocacy Officer at ILGA-Europe. Akram works on developing and implementing advocacy strategies and policy initiatives aimed at bringing legal, political and social change for LGBTI people across Europe and Central Asia, with a focus on hate crime and speech, asylum and migration, domestic violence, Eastern Partnership countries and Central Asia.
Senior Policy Officer
Cianán Russell (they) works on intersex rights, education, health, trans rights, and the anti-gender backlash in Europe and Central Asia, as well as monitoring and engagement with the Council of Europe and United Nations institutions.
Communications and Media Officer
Ana is responsible for ILGA-Europe’s communication and media relations, engaging with institutions, media outlets and journalists at European and national levels. She also contributes to the blog, the latest news, and the Annual Review.
Advocacy Officer
Belinda works on developing and implementing advocacy strategies and policy initiatives aimed at bringing legal, political and social change for LGBTI people, with a focus on Enlargement countries, family policy and rule of law processes. Her responsibilities include advocacy with European institutions, national governments and other stakeholders; strengthening the capacities of policymakers, civil society and practitioners to transform political commitments into concrete action; and building relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Event and Finance Officer
Alejandro’s main responsibilities are linked to the organisation of ILGA-Europe’s Annual Conference, the implementation and compliance of re-granting processes, and office administration.
