The survey is aimed at individual patients living in the 28 European Union member state, and have chronic or long-term conditions and their family members or informal carers.

Note: ILGA-Europe is stressing the importance of having LGBTI patients input in the survey. The survey is LGBTI inclusive, however some of the questions unfortunately contains insensitive language. This has been pointed out to European Patients’ Forum.
